Leber-Leckerlis:

Ca. 500 g gemahlene Rinder/Putenleber
ca. 3-4 EL Haferflocken
ca. 5 EL Dinkelmehl
4 Eier
1 EL Leinöl
Kräutermischung (hatte ich noch zu Hause)

Es soll wieder eine zähflüssige Masse entstehen, d.h. Mengen können
ein bisserl variieren. Backzeit wieder ca. 150 Grad mind. 45 Minuten.
Kleinschneiden - und die Würfel nochmal 10 Min. ins Rohr

Gutes Gelingen!!!!
